Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Products will be delivered within this time time frame 5- 7 days

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

    • International Shipping: 7-15 business days (varies by destination)

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays, may affect delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Rosy Vision is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
