Return and Refund Policy
At Rosy Vision, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of our cosmetic and beauty products. If you are not completely satisfied, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the steps you can take to request a return or refund.
1. Elgibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
Certain products, such as items marked as “Final Sale,” gift cards, or personalized items, are not eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Steps to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.
Package Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include the RA number and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund process will proceed as follows:
Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Rejected Returns: If the returned product does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you at your expense.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product:
Follow the steps to initiate a return (above).
Indicate that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement to you at no additional cost.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
Email photos of the damaged item, packaging, and order details to support@RosyVision.
Our team will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products marked as “Final Sale.”
Opened or used beauty products (unless defective or damaged).
Gift cards.
Items purchased through third-party retailers.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
