Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Rosy Vision is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
